En tu puesto...
- Manejarás maquinas CNC de 3, 4 y 5 ejes.
- 6 meses de experiencia en la industria como mínimo.
- Deberás interpretar planos 2D de piezas a maquinar (tolerancias generales, tolerancias de precisión, ajustes y GD&T)
- Manejarás herramientas de medición (vernier, micrómetro, indicadores)
- Conocimiento en herramientas de corte y sus aplicaciones.
- Llenado correcto de reportes y autoverificación para calidad y líderes de producción.
- Conocimiento y ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos
- Cambios de herramientas y herramentales para maquinado CNC. Ajustes de cambio de modelo.
- Reducirás desperdicios en los procesos productivos y transaccionales.
- Apoyar a la capacitación básica de asistentes técnicos de nuevo ingreso.
- Mantener 5S en tu área productiva
Como nuestro candidato ideal...
- Cuentas con un mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia dentro del entorno de Métodos/Manufactura/Ingeniería industrial.
- Búsqueda de la mejora continua en el proceso (implementación de poka-yokes)
- Disposición y actitud a la implementación de mantenimiento autónomo CNC.
- Posibilidad de rolar turnos.
- Cumplir con los indicadores de mantenimiento.
