In your role, you will
* Ensures compliance with the objectives of its function through the assigned resources.
* Generates reports of indicators of your role.
* Responsible for an indicator in the Achieving Excellence System (AES) of your cell.
* Follow the priorities assigned by the warehouse leader or Supervisor
* Execute your role in accordance with specific policies and procedures.
* Manage assigned warehouses as well as their inventories.
* Provide training to less experienced agents in basic warehouse processes and activities.
* Provide a detailed explanation of the expected results and assign responsibilities to the appropriate people to achieve results.
* Plan and coordinate the planning of tasks within the warehouse operation according to the assigned function.
* Follow up on day-to-day activities, know your job well
* Problems are resolved after discussion with other team members
* Identify errors resulting from deviations and correct them immediately.
As our ideal candidate
2 years or more of warehouse experience
Industrial Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics
