In your role, you will
- He will participate in a competence management project for the Manufacturing group.
- Develop databases for the knowledge management of the manufacturing group
- Prepare work plans for project teams.
- Prepare project progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree student or intern in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Organizational Development.
- Has a basic or intermediate command of English.
- Have knowledge of Office 365 usage and applications, such as; sharepoint, lists, power automate, outlook.
- Preferably Microsoft Project 2013
As our ideal candidate
- Planning work meetings as part of the project.
- Meeting Minutes Record
- Database preparation with a certain level of automation to facilitate the visualization of information.
- Manage project tasks.
- Preparation of working templates for project documentation.
- Participate in strategic sessions for knowledge management within the manufacturing group.
