In your role, you will

• Implement, coordinate and prioritize production line configuration changes with robust tracking of change management process activities.
• Based on engineering documentation, define, develop and coordinate modifications to manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams.
• Provide technical support of configuration changes and manufacturing processes.
• Define and incorporate standard times in work instructions to ensure proper product costing.
• Document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned that ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.
• Analyze, plan and implement engineering requirements for test aircraft, option configurations and spares required by the program.
• Design methodologies for assurance of design requirements in product planning (as designed, as planned).
• Deliver the required documentation (SAE AS9102) for PRE-FAI and FAI according to the process established in the schedule.
• Define the delivery condition (COS) of the materials that guarantee the flexibility in the manufacturing of the product.

As our ideal candidate

• You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience within aerospace Manufacturing / Configuration Methods Engineering or Automotive Product Engineering environment.
• You have a background in Aeronautical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or related fields.
• Electrical Harness Manufacturing.
• You have an intermediate, technical and business English level, able to hold a conversation.
• You have experience with BMS (Bombardier Manufacturing System), Bombardier manuals (BM's), BES (Bombardier Engineering Systems), QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), Siemens Teamcenter, internal and Industry regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, QAD, etc.).
• Must have knowledge of Catia V5 (or related such as Autocad/Corel Draw), SAP, Mentor Graphics, DITMCO, Publiser, advanced Excel, Office 365.
