An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Services Coordinator has been created to join our team in Dandenong. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site infrastructure and equipment to ensure the safety of our employees as well maximize usage efficiency of equipment.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

- Manage all maintenance and repair activities of buildings, grounds, machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate supplier and contractor visits for all maintenance activities and site related services.
- Raise purchase orders and manage all payment of associated invoices
- Assist site HSE with delivery of safety related programs such as site inductions and PPE requirements.


It is expected you will have the following qualifications, experience and personal characteristics:

Qualification in safety or related discipline

Proven experience in a similar role desirable

Previous experience of contractor management

Excellent team player
