Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the team by setting individual targets according to departmental mission, IS strategy and business needs (PMPs)
- Talent management of team employees, support people development (PDPs)
- Coordinate, guide and challenge the members of the team according to their duties
- Initiate and support internal improvement activities
- Accountable for resource planning based on the demand driven by different focus streams
- Improve planning and resource allocation process
- Application build

- Lead and organize application services according to the different focus streams, IS processes, industry standards (e.g. ITIL) and best practices

- Own technical authority on application build, ensure definition and realization of technical designs according to solution definitions and BT standards

- Build and manage agile pools of internal and external expertise to manage Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications and projects at optimum capability and costs

- Monitor and report completion of tasks/ activities and ensure on time and quality delivery

- Collaborate closely with other departments and 3rd parties in the execution of tasks

- Ensure stable operations of Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications especially in the field of SAP PP/PS, PM, MM, WM and IM following industry standards and best practices (e.g. ITIL)


Qualification & Experience:

- B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Engineering with 10 to 12 years of experience working with different SAP logistics applications

- International working experience

- Sound knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain different business customers
