As a member of the Change Management and Organizational Transformation team, you will act as a strategic player in the Bombardier Aerospace transformation process. You will be required o work cross-functionally with various Business Units in order to ensure proper alignment of initiatives. Your role will be to elaborate change management strategies and establish plans to support smooth transitions and help the business in getting the benefits from the change. You will also propose and implement best practices to contribute to developing a strong and recognized change management practice at Bombardier Aerospace. You will develop simple and practical tools and methods to increase the change management knowledge and skills in the organization.

The Change Management specialist must build a strong business knowledge of Bombardier Aerospace overall. You should have a solid knowledge of change management best practices, tools and methodologies. You possess the skills to conduct and coordinate the activities required in the change plan, including stakeholder engagement, communication, organizational alignment, learning and education as well as business readiness measurement.You are recognized for your ability to perform organizational diagnosis, analyze and anticipate the impacts of change and provide recommendations to manage the change. You are a strategic thinker who can influence key stakeholders in complex and ambiguous situations. You are capable of designing and facilitating required workshops to influence the change. You excel at performing efficient project management of the activities detailed in the change management plan.

As a team player, you are able to work with limited supervision, within tight timelines, in a methodical manner. You quickly identify issues and roadblocks and know how to get them resolved. You can provide coaching to key stakeholders involved in leading and supporting the change.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or the equivalent,
- You have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in change management or in organizational development.
- You have been working in a Project Management environment or in a Change Management team.
- You are a strong facilitator with excellent communication skills.
- You are a collaborative, results oriented individual who wants to contribute to a team effort.
- You are experienced in working on large transformation projects in a change lead role and you have a deep understanding of the change process.
- You are fluent both in english and french (written and verbal).
