In your role, you will

 

  • Drive timely and impactful engineering governance by planning, coordinating, and conducting key executive governance meetings like daily touch point, weekly staff meeting, monthly performance reviews and executive meeting preparation reviews.
  • Manage, plan and maintain executive governance calendars by working with senior leadership team and executive assistants.
  • Compile, prepare and report monthly engineering Key Performance Indicators results and Master Plan initiatives progress including supporting justification documentation in case of deviation.
  • Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.
  • Support special projects and deployment of key initiatives to ensure engineering community improvements.

As our ideal candidate

 

  • You hold an university degree in business administration or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
  • You have previous experience with governance processes, strategic planning and/or projects management
  • You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information
  • You are proficient with advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills
  • You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management, including senior leadership
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, organized and quality-focused
  • You work effectively with cross-functional teams
