In your role, you will
- Provide Type Familiarization training to Customer Cabin Crew across the Company Product line.
- Pass along Deliverables to Customers including F/A manual(s), completed Practical training module forms and Certificates during training.
- Prepare Customer Training Reports for the Chief of Cabin Safety & Training (CCST).
- Participate in the development Flight Attendant manuals and training programs for Customer support.
- Participate in Initial and Annual training of Bombardier Cabin Crew in support of the operating certificate as requested by the CCST.
- Participate in amending and updating Bombardier F/A manuals and training programs (initial, Annual, Service) as requested by the CCST.
- Conduct Training of other Company personnel (ex. Pilot emergency procedures training) in support of the operating certificate as requested by the CCST.
- Meet the requirements to fulfill the duties of a Flight Attendant on Bombardier business aircraft.
As our ideal candidate
- You have Post-secondary education and at least 4 years of Commercial Flight Attendant experience, minimum 2 years Line (Commercial in-flight) training/Supervisory experience and 3 years corporate ops experience.
- You demonstrate technical writing skills using common software packages (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- You possess sound judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with VIP’s, Flight and Cabin crews and corporate management.
- You meet the requirements to fulfill the duties of a Flight Attendant on Bombardier business aircraft; and Qualification as a First Aid Instructor,
- You are bilingual French and English.
