What are your contributions to the team?

• Exert your leadership with a team of leaders, while respect the vision and values of Bombardier 
• Coach your team of leaders in order to develop their talent in the organization
• Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication
• Maintain communication with other departments for any issues related to your organization
• Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization
• Ensure continuous improvement, notably with the application of the problem resolution process
• Support the budgets of your organization and ensure the quality of the product
• Support the operational processes of your organization by achieving and monitoring the production objectives and follow up on them when needed
• Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
• Identify, document and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have 5 years of experience at Bombardier, 5 years of experience in operations and at least 8 years of management experience or equivalents
• You have experience in management of a team of leaders in a manufacturing environment (is an advantage) 
• You have strong communication skills
• You have understanding of the principles of value-added production 
• You have strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved
• You demonstrate managerial courage when managing personnel
• You have interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments
• You are motivated by a stimulating and fast changing environment
• You have entrepreneurship 
• You are proficient in French (bilingualism an asset)
• You are flexible to work other shifts if required
