Professional, Engineering - Electrical Wring Interconnect System (EWIS) Design

In your role, you will

• Be responsible of the Electrical Wiring Integrated System (EWIS) in the Digital Mock-Up (DMU).
• Develop EWIS strategy and new harnesses concepts for current and new development programs.
• Integrate EWIS with systems, cabinets, and structure group internally and externally.
• Provide technical support on change management implementation (RFC, PCR)
• Contribute by participating to other tasks depending on program needs and demonstrate flexibility

As our ideal candidate

• You have a college or University degree in Avionics or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience in 3D design.
• You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in aerospace.
• You have minimum 2 years of CATIA V5 Experience in harness routing.
• You have wiring design, wiring installation and/or wiring troubleshooting experience and you are familiar with ECAD (Capital tools & processes)
• You are familiar with FAR Part 25 subpart H and the certification rules addressing EWIS.
  You are familiar with SAE-AS50881 covering all aspects of EWIS.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and have good organization skills.
• You must have excellent communication skills including the ability to read/write in French and English.
• You are comfortable working with MS office suite.
• You are familiar with BM’s, RAE documents and BAPS related to harnesses.
• You are innovative and open to new ideas.
