What are your contributions to the team?

  • Be responsible to provide technical support of several aspects of the completion systems including cabin management, communication and electrical systems of the Global and Challenger aircraft platforms. 
  • Provide support for return to service of aircraft by collaborating with multiple different parties
  • Monitor systems reliability, recognize problems and propose corrective action for issues requiring technical solutions, taking into consideration the financial impact for the customers and Bombardier.
  • Create reports and presentations on technical analysis and /or solutions to develop. 
  • Support and provide technical expertise to both internal (Bombardier Teams) and external (Operators) customers.
     

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a college diploma in avionics or university degree in electrical engineering.
  • You have five (5) years of relevant experience in aerospace.
  • You have good communication skills, both written and spoken, in French and English 
  • You have excellent knowledge of Electrical and Cabin Management systems.
  • Experience on the Global or Challenger Aircraft is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes
  • You are a team player, customer focused and show initiative.
  • You are willing to carry a cellular phone on evenings and weekends as part of normal duty and are available to travel, sometimes with short notice.
  • You are capable of working under stress in order to meet deliverables.
