We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Management System Specialist (m/f) in the London area

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to create, develop and align Information System tools, processes and procedures across the platform.

Your Tasks

- Govern the use of Maximo and SAP systems across all teams (monitor, identify areas of improvement and implement).
- Interface with other Services UK projects to identify and implement best practices.
- Govern the development of general and specific user guides ensuring alignment with best practice.
- Responsibility for configuration management / management of assets.
- Produce / Maintain Weekly KPI’s with regards to systems performance.
- Identify and lead the implementation of improvement projects to key IS systems (not necessarily limited to SAP and Maximo).
- Define, produce and present data in support of continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.
- Develop, document, deploy and sustain standard use, training and development material (Maximo/Informational Database, SAP/BI & Share point)

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

- Rail industry experience preferable;
- SAP/Maximo/SharePoint/Business Intelligence product knowledge;
- Excellent computer system skills;
- Ability to deliver a support enhancement programme and development packages across all platforms;
- Experience in Bombardier Depot processes will be an advantage;
- Ability to prioritise a variable workload and work within both depot and office environment;
- Experience in a process development role within a maintenance and/or manufacturing environment;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
- Structured;
- Analytical thinker;
- Team player;
- Willingness to travel to all BT depots in the London area.
