For the Locomotives Division at our site in Mannheim (Germany) or Zurich (Switzerland) we are currently looking to recruit a:

Software Quality Assurance Engineer Vehicle Control (m/f)

Main Tasks:

- Create generic and project specific Software quality assurance plans and related quality documentation
- Coaching of project teams concerning Software quality measures and assessment process
- Interfacing LOC quality department, e. g. through documentation, alignment meetings
- Review and improve process descriptions and tools

Qualifications

- University or College Technical Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience and expertise Software Quality Management matters (quality planning, quality control, quality assurance).
- Broad practical experience in European/ international Quality Management
- Must be able to work with the "Customer´s View", to see the whole project picture, to set the right priorities and to think comprehensively.
- Knowledge in continuous improvement and quality tools (e.g. FMEA, 8D, PDCA)
- Solid English and German knowledge
- Project management experience as well as knowledge in vehicle production
