In your role, you will:

- Be the point of contact for the Business Segment with the Human Resources Vice President
- Be the technical reference for compensation analysts
- Manage salary and incentive programs.
- Participate in the development, establishment and implementation of policies and practices of compensation programs.
- Make recommendations concerning the development of the wage structure, job evaluation, changes in job families and compensation parameters.
- Act as an advisor for human resources Business Partners and management for all compensation issues or legislative changes.
- Participate in various Compensation projects and take part to the Compensation transformation
- Review the changes in wage rates (and individual wages) and ensure compliance of remuneration policies at the national and international levels.
- Review the governance programs for the administration of current compensation and recommend improvements.
- Participate to compensation surveys to collect and analyze market salary data.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or the equivalent
- You are familiar with the aviation industry
- You have a relevant experience of 5 to 8 years within the Compensation or Human Resources sector
- Knowledge and willingness to work on International Compensation
- You have an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- You are bilingual (French and English, oral and written)
