In your role, you will:

- Control and monitor the Supplier performance. Monthly review for the key performance indicator and develop action plans with Supplier to address any performance deficiencies.
- Develop, align and follow up on action plans with Supplier to address any performance deficiencies. Report out to Management and customers on progress to date and identify/escalate any roadblocks when needed.
- Engage the Supplier over specific Customer issues. Facilitate discussions between Operators and Suppliers to bring issues to resolution
- Engage Bombardier Internal departments (In-Service Engineering, Technical Help Desk, Maintenance Engineering, Parts Services, Programs, Engineering, and Service Programs) to assist with customer issue resolution, specifically in complex situations where alternative solutions need to be developed.
- To develop a logistic strategy with the supplier and the Bombardier production logistic agent in order to implement a campaign for a specific in-service issue


As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or equivalent work experience
- You have 5-7 years industry experience, preferably in a supply chain or project management role
- You have a minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Services
- You have excellent communication, presentation, project management and negotiation skills
- You are flexible, able to adapt to changes, while working well under pressure
- You are available to travel (sporadically)
- You have great negotiation skills and contractual knowledge
- You are strategic in nature, capable in developing and implementing a plan for process and relationship improvement with Bombardier’s external and internal Suppliers
- You possess enough technical skills in the aerospace domain to understand and relay information internally and externally.
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- You are fluent in English and French, spoken and written
