The Master scheduler supervisor will be supervising a team responsible to elaborate production plans including manpower constraint, tools availability, to make sure there’s a proactivity in the achievement of the product. This role is essential on the Global 5000/6000/7000/8000 program which most activities are at the Centre of Excellence (CE) as well as at the Global Completion Centre for the manufacturing of the cabinets, seats, divan, upholstery, harness and interior installation.

We currently support a program in development as well as in sustainment which represents an environment that is in constant evolution. We are looking for professionals that have strong communication skills and are able to lead teams. It is essential to be able to work under pressure and work with tight deadlines while maintaining a superior customer experience.

In your role, you will:

Develop strategies and action plans in order to achieve the expected goals;

Comply with the operational processes, the employee performance management and development processes, while developing a mobilizing and winning work climate;

Participate in the development of the Production Master Schedules ;

Act as an ambassador and communicator for the production master schedule

Build and develop of the master scheduling team based on the operational needs

Ensure a strong & continuous alignment with your peers from Toronto and with the Global Completion;

Promote and act as a leader for Achieving Excellence System implementation;

Respect schedules and business plans associated to the various phases of a program launch

Comply with the Manufacturing Strategy and ensure the highest standard of achievement for the Planning standards.


As our ideal candidate,

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management or five (5) years of relevant experience in Production Planning;

Fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken;

Experience in managing and leading a team;

Fully knowledgeable with SAP;

Good leadership in managing major initiatives involving working with internal and external partners, in a context of new product industrialization;

Capacity to work with concepts and translate them into solid execution plans, good project management skills;

Recognized for your leadership, your communication and your coaching skills, for your ability to mobilize and engage a team;

Experience in the Aerospace Industry and the understanding of the aircraft and its components would be an asset;

Proficient with the Microsoft Suite;
