In your role, you will:

- Inspire others, engage your team and favor diversity in our workforce.
- Coordinate the team to support Production and Delivery Center teams in their daily operations by understanding and resolving aircraft mechanical/avionic/electrical Systems problems and answering technical questions through NCR (Non conformity Report), SRPSA raised by Quality Agents.
- Work in close cooperation with the other discipline such as Hydro-Mechanical, Stress, Thermodynamics, Power Plant, ECS, Material Logistics agents etc… to harmonize team requirements
- Ensure team adherence to MRB (Material Review Board), quality, and engineering procedures.
- Interact efficiently with other Engineering and non-engineering groups.
- Ensure team participation in the corrective action system, by suggesting engineering/FTP document changes, in line with achieving excellence objectives.
- Responsible for managing the development needs, and resources for your department.
- Accountable for ensuring the alignment of your group with the Achieving Excellence System (AES). Master, teach, and role model the System across all operational levers (safety, quality, productivity, human development and cost).

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or relevant College Degree.
- You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical/avionic aircraft systems
- You have experience in management in aerospace environment is an advantage
- Understanding MRB principles (Material Review Board)
- Understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing
- Aptitude to plan and organize to ensure the attainment of results
- An energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a high-pressure partner/supplier team environment
- Entrepreneurship
