Within the core Human Resources team and based from the Montreal Administrative Center, you will act as a training coordinator to support the activities of the Bombardier Aerospace operations.

In this capacity, you will report to the Director Organizational Learning. Your role will mainly consist in taking care of logistics for the training activities, ensuring data accuracy of employees’ training records and budget related processes (ex.: chargebacks).

In your role, you will:

- Process to purchase requests creation, internal chargebacks and external invoicing
- Validate and approve invoices from suppliers
- Coordinate training activities and for regional and international project deployment and make recommendations for improvements in processes
- Create and maintain training dashboard (master schedule)
- Send training invitations / monitor invitation acceptance and manage training reschedules
- Coordinate training attendance and communicate with stakeholders (participants, management and super users)
- Send and manage training surveys (track compile statistics and share results)
- Manage training resources (classrooms, materials, equipment such as computers and projectors)

- Update the content of the learning management system (course creation, schedule closure, etc.)
- Maintain the filing system with the required training records
- Collect and submit training-related statistical information for program tracking and analysis purposes
- Post questions and answers in training parking Lot (Sharepoint)
- Support the Organizational Learning Central and its clients with training initiatives, and perform other duties assigned by management


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in training logistics coordination
- You are at ease with MS Office suite: Excel (Intermediate to advanced), Word (Intermediate), PowerPoint (Intermediate), Sharepoint
- You have experience with SAP (purchase request creation and invoice approval)
- You are well organized, disciplined and detail-oriented
- You work independently, meet deadlines and quickly and efficiently respond to last minute requests
- You enjoy working in a team and establish good interpersonal relationships
- Basic knowledge in accounting is essential
- You have a very good command French and English, oral and written
