Analyst, Share-Based Plans

Based in the Corporate Office in downtown Montréal, you will report to the Director, Executive Compensation. You will be responsible for the administration of Bombardier’s share-based plans which are offered to employees in 40 countries around the world, and you will contribute to their on-going evolution.

In your role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Insuring the administration, in collaboration with service providers, of the day-to-day activities relating to Bombardier’s various share-based plans:

o Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP);
o Restricted Share Unit Plan (RSU);
o Performance Share Unit Plan (PSU);
o Deferred Share Unit Plan (DSU);
o Stock Option Plan (SO).

• Producing reports relating to the share-based plans for our legal and finance teams;
• Participating in the granting and vesting processes relating to our PSU, DSU, RSU and SO plans, through collaboration with various stakeholders throughout the organization and service providers;
• Implementing the tools and processes required to improve the participants understanding of Bombardier’s share-based plans;
• Working closely with service providers to understand their systems capabilities and optimize their usage to align with Bombardier’s needs;
• Developing service level agreements including performance indicators with service providers and monitoring their progress;
• Completing the bi-weekly share purchases for employees participating in the ESPP;
• Answering all questions, relating to the share-based plans, from participants, human resources business partners and compensation experts from all business segments;
• Writing communications to share-based plan participants (ex. Memo communicating vesting results, brochures);
• Documenting, consolidating and updating all processes for the Compensation team.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources or any other relevant specialization;
• Have one (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience;
• Have strong analytical skills;
• Have high precision and high attention to detail;
• Have knowledge of share-based plans is an asset;
• Have a good sense of initiative and the ability to research and find information;
• Have the ability to develop, independently, solutions in a context where options may be limited;
• Have the ability to document processes concisely and based on best practices;
• Have the ability to manage priorities and produce quality work within tight deadlines;
• Have strong organization skills and you work autonomously;
• Are a team player and are flexible;
• Demonstrate integrity, discretion and professionalism;
• Have excellent knowledge of Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Have excellent knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written.
