You will be part of the Product Development Engineering, Aerospace team where it all starts for Bombardier as it sets the stage to take full advantage of its investments and the tremendous growth potential of its new products. The organization is responsible for bringing new aircraft programs to their successful entry-into-service. Currently, these new products are the all-new CSeries commercial aircraft and the high-performance Global 7000/Global 8000 business jets.

In your role, you will:

- Review and approve design documents such as vendor drawings, installation drawings, test procedures, qualification reports and certification documents
- Prepare / define system specifications and requirements
- Prepare and review Test Results and show compliance documentation.
- Prepare technical reports to show compliance to the applicable certification requirements
- Support the build and testing of Hydromechanical, as well as Wigh High Lift Systems on test platforms (Rigs, flight test vehicles, etc…) including operation, troubleshooting, and problem solving
- Post tests analysis and reporting

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent
- You have 5 to 8 years' experience
- You are conversant with Hydromechanical, as well as Wigh High Lift Systems performance, equipment specifications, and certification requirements
- Experience on development and certification of Hydromechanical, as well as Wigh High Lift Systems systems is an asset.
- You possess strong integration skills, in both system partner management and system technical integration
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office software tools
- You have strong communication skills
- You have the ability to work well in a team environment
- Willing to travel
- Flexible hours
