In your role, you will:

- Work with all stakeholders to make sure the Market, Program and Design requirements are well documented and validated
- Support Aircraft and System Level requirement consolidation (through workshops and distinct discussions)
- Implement ways to reuse requirements across projects/programs.
- Validate individual requirements for completeness, traceability, and issue reports as required.
- Support requirements management and validation means and completeness in a suite of tools.
- Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project.
- Participate in requirements prioritization.
- Participate in peer reviews of requirements documents.
- Manage changes to baselined requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools


As our ideal candidate,

- You possess a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- You have 5 years’ experience in similar position or Systems Engineering, project management with strong technical skills, or equivalent
- You have a good knowledge of ARP 4754 (a must)
- You have Aircraft design knowledge and certification requirements (definite asset)
- You are familiar with requirements capture tools (definite asset)
- You have strong communication skills (written & spoken), interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to interface with different levels of the organization
- You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- You are bilingual
