You will be part of the Product Development Engineering, Aerospace team where it all starts for Bombardier as it sets the stage to take full advantage of its investments and the tremendous growth potential of its new products. The organization is responsible for bringing new aircraft programs to their successful entry-into-service. Currently, these new products are the all-new CSeries commercial aircraft and the high-performance Global 7000/Global 8000 business jets.

In your role, you will:

- Develop the planning, organization, implementation, monitoring and control of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Ensure the plan meets the ARP 4754 practice and is compliant with Bombardier Requirement Management manual

- Chair the Requirement Management Review Board

- Meet regularly with subject matter experts to capture requirements.

- Collaborate among cross-functional technical teams to reconcile new requirements with existing ones.

- Produce and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix according to plan


As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- You have 5 years’ experience in similar position or Systems Engineering, project management with strong technical skills, or equivalent
- You possess good aircraft design knowledge and certification requirements
- You have a good knowledge of requirements capture tools such as Team Centre, Doors
- You possess strong communication skills (written & spoken), interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to interface with different levels of the organization
- You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- You possess strong oral and written English communications skills and functional French communication skills
