The Human Resources Operations Centre is fulfilling more than 12,000 employee service requests monthly. We manage all aspects of Bombardier Transportation HR Services, as recruiting most of position in European portfolio, managing employee records and hiring documents, delivering global mobility services, implementing country training plans, functional global programs and e-learning modules and delivering monthly payroll and bonus reviews.

For our Human Resources Center, based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for a:

Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Coordinator (m/f)

(Annual Processes Team)

Your Role:

You will be responsible for operation and execution of the Global Annual Cycles (ASR, STI, LTI). This involves the coordination of the annual processes team advisors to ensure the delivery on time and at the required quality.

The Annual Processes Coordinator will work directly with CoE partners, Bombardier Inc, Country Payrolls and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of the cycles.

The role holder has sound understanding of the Compensation & Benefits processes and is able to translate it into businesses language. Moreover, the role is also expected to continuously search and implement improvement initiatives in the cycles in addition to mentoring other team members and ensuring the knowledge sharing and transfer

Your Challenges:

Annual Salary Review

- Define the timeline, processes, responsibilities and scope.

- Ensure data consistency check performed before and after the process.

- Provide technical expertise on systems and tools.

- Produce required reporting as requested by the stakeholders.

- Prepare letters and distribute letters to all population in scope

STI – Short Term Incentive

- Define the timeline, processes, responsibilities and scope.

- Ensure bonus calculation are completed accurately

- Produce required reporting as requested by the stakeholders.

- Prepare letters and distribute letters to all population in scope.

LTI – Long Term Incentive

- Define the timeline, processes, responsibilities and scope.

- Ensure data consistency check performed before and after the process.

- Manage the process execution and ensure proper reporting.

Salary Survey

- Align internal timeline of delivery to Mercer and TW requirement

- Ensure all compensation and benefits data is gathered as required.

- Manage the process execution

- Vendor management

Qualifications

- Education required: Degree level qualification; HR qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite

- Foreign Languages: English - at a proficient level

- Working experience: 3-5 years of work experience in working with complex processes and customers; minimum 5 year of work experience in an international customer service environment

- Good general business understanding and good customer service or HR knowledge

- Excellent time management and organizational ability

- Experience of large scale HR systems, ERP or complex database maintenance

- Experience of SAP HR, Payroll related systems desired

- CRM experience desirable
