Our Global Procurement Centre in Cluj, Romania is part of the Global Supply Chain/Strategic Procurement department, providing excellent service for the organization across different commodities: Indirect Goods and Services (IGS), Product Related (PR) and Information Systems (IS).

For our Global Procurement Center based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for a:

Procurement Solutions Senior Analyst

Your Role:

You will support the procurement organisation with questions related to operational systems. You will respond to requests and work closely with the IS organization and external partners on solving technical issues. You will define new reuirements, create decision documents and support the implementation of new solutions, support global systems rollouts by providing general and post go-live support.

Support the implementation of the IGS Procurement Solutions Strategy, asses continuously the existing system landscape and define measurements to close tha gap to the to-be landscape.

Your Challenges:

- Procurement solutions continuous improvement

- Support the implementation of the IGS Procurement Solutions Strategy

- Understand and continuously evaluate the procurement process and related systems in order to identify potential improvements

- Understand standalone / non-core solutions and help to integrate them further into the system landscape

- Define and evaluate new business requirements for system and process improvements within the procurement organization

- Main interface for all new requirements and change requests of IGS systems and related processes

- Identify system/process issues and proactively suggest solutions

- Manage projects or sub-project to implement IGS procurement systems and process improvements

- Facilitate regular meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, follow up on open actions and ensure stakeholder involvement

- Provide regular status update and escalate to management in case of delays or open issues

- Support in the preparation and execution of technical tests, support user acceptance tests, provide go-live and post go-live support

- Develop, prepare and provide training to key users and end users

- Ensure compliance with Procurement Directives, legal policies and overall Bombardier Transportation governance

- Review and control user authorization and ensure segregation of duty

- Develop professionalism by learning business practices in procurement and IT

- Develop deep working knowledge on procurement processes and systems

- Get exposure to the BT’s IS and procurement organisation and work close with suppliers and IT partners

Qualifications

- Business Administration, Supply Chain or IT with bachelor degree
- Relevant experience required (i.e. directly linked to the requirements of the position/role)
- Good understanding of procurement processes and of the associated ERP systems
- Experience with gathering business requirements, defining functional specifications and/or IT technical documentation
- Experience in the area of IT Support, technical support for procurement activities and/or systems
- Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role
- Strong customer management and communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to deliver results within a ramp-up environment and matrix organization
