The Finance Shared Services Organization Operational Specialist (FSSO OS) is responsible for the effective performance of specific finance processes and provides value adding support towards business operations in the FSSO.

For our Finance SSO, based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for a:

Travel & Expenses Analyst (m/f)

Your role:

You will be responsible for effective performance of Travel & Expenses processes for the country/ies assigned. This primarily relates to the processing of approved employee expenses submitted, the verification of compliance to BT travel policy, and the handling of Non product related (NPR) employee related services invoices from booking to inclusion in the payment run.

Your Challenges:

- Ensures accuracy of transactions captured and traceability of transactions performed.
- Performs Travel expense report settlement in the specific ERP
- Processes Employee Travel and Expenses Claims; process out of pocket expenses
- Bill booking of employee related services invoices in the specific ERP
- Performs clearance of settled account given to HR in reference to departing employees
- Conducts reconciliation of employees cash advance
- Performs archiving of all travel requests
- Resolves first level of errors.
- Management of Business Partner Relationship: exercises business partnership by supporting decision making through adding value to the business by proactive delivery of information and knowledge
- Technical/Financial Standards Management
- Acts as single point of contact for OSC/CASRA/E&Y audits
- Comply with Travel & Expenses policies and procedures
- Comply with Travel and Expenses Claims Policies
- Comply with period end checklists of activities to be performed.

Qualifications

- Education: Professional Education Level or University Degree
- Foreign Languages: English – at a proficient level and German/Spanish/Italian at an intermediate level
- Work experience: 0-1 year of experience in a similar context (it would be considered relevant experience also internships programs)
- Exposure in SAP or ERP environment
- Customer orientation and attention to details will represent an asset
- Good analytical skills and attention to details required
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
