We are currently looking to recruit an Project Administrator (m/f) based in Neasden - London, United Kingdom.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Project Administrator provides administrative support to all members of the Site Core Team and is responsible for administering tasks and processes including time & attendance, payroll interface, health and welfare, raising and progress chasing of invoices, expenses administration, travel booking, control of site meeting rooms, control of site IT Asset Register, management of office equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document Control and database administration, correspondence, competency management and annual leave database management;

• Raise Invoices to Customers and initial progress chasing for payment. Escalating as necessary to PM Team;

• Administering Site Health and Welfare and Absence Management, ensuring that all necessary Management interventions are undertaken and recorded as required by policy;

• Provide general support to the Site Core Team in allocation of Site meeting rooms, Travel Booking, processing of Expense Claims, stationary and PPE procurement;

• Control of Site IT Asset Register, ensuring that allocation of IT assets is accurate and that appropriate IT assets are provided for staff changes and new starters.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role (not necessarily in the rail environment) would be desirable;

• Be a self-starter, able to prioritize and manage own time and activities and to relate well to people at all levels;

• Be an effective team worker;

• Display a professional attitude at all times and possess good interpersonal and communications skills;

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes & willingness and aptitude to learn to use new Information Systems;

• SAP knowledge required;

• Flexibility of location in London area may be required from time to time.
