In your role, you will:

- Identify and administer required technical competencies;
- Analyze operations environment regarding human performance and opportunities for learning;
- Develop and deploy learning solutions aiming at the transfer of competencies in the workplace;
- Lead theoretical and/or practical learning activities;
- Assess employees competencies based on own experience/technical expertise, reference documents and best practices;
- Develop and monitor coaching and workstation integration for new employees as well as ensuring fulfillment of future upskilling needs;
- Constantly improve internal capacity and autonomy regarding learning by supporting and developing internal coaching networks;
- Counsel and influence internal stakeholders toward better human performance and technical competencies management;
- Participate in a variety or human performance improvement projects;
- Maintain training data up to date.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a Bac+3 or more in mechanical fabrication or similar in mechanical field
- You have at least 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing in assembly and/or in aircraft structural fabrication;
- You have at least 3 years of experience as methods agent or in product line documentation;
- You have experience in learning as trainer, technical coach and/or competency development;
- You have the skills needed to facilitate the structure of discussions flow occuring during classes and practice to foster efficient group learning and competency development;
- You are mastering ASME Y14,5 norm
- You are proficient with CATIA software (minimum of 2000 hres working using CATIA),
- You are familiar with andragogic approach to adult learning;
- You can role model, inspire and influence learners to adopt organizational behaviors and values;
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and english;
- You are flexible and autonomous;
- You know manufacturing continuous improvement principles;
- You are mastering Office Suite software (i.e. Word, Power point, Excel).
