Based in Saint Bruno, Quebec, you will have direct responsibility and authority to lead and deliver the contract objectives to the customer and will pro-actively lead the Project Core Team.

In your role you will:

- Lead the Project Core Team in the completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budgets and scope to the required quality;

- Ensure that all functions keep their delegated budgets, meet their schedules and deliver on their obligation;

- Ensure that all Project Core Team members have sufficient financial and reporting governance and to ensure all risks and opportunities are properly addressed and mitigated;

- Apply the key Project Management Processes and the applicable tools for the implementation;

- Directly manage project team, including project managers, project administrators, project engineering, schedulers, administrative support personnel and other personnel as necessary to execute the projects on time and within budget;

- Establish and manage schedules, plans and budgets consistent with the proposed project financial goals as required for project management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, shipment, collections, billings, installation, start-up, training, warranty, documentation, subcontracts and purchases and all other project activities required to achieve positive project results;

- Develop and implement plans to improve project results beyond established budgets and results;

- Monitor, control and report monthly all financial aspects of the projects consistent with the contract requirements and established project management procedures to attain established goals;

- Monitor, recommend, and initiate when necessary, changes to or corrective actions for commercial issues, product design, manufacturing and/or services to assure compliance with contract requirements, and to maintain or improve projects performances;

- Promote, monitor and maintain a high level of satisfaction to the fullest extent possible, anticipate and satisfy the customer's needs, while operating within established policies, procedures and commercial guidelines;


As our ideal candidate:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in Business Administration;
- You cumulates at least between seven (7) to ten (10) years of project management experience combined with a minimum of six (6) years in a leadership role;
- You possess experience in Project Management within a manufacturing environment;
- Your PMP designation will be considered as an asset;
- You have experience in relationship management with external customers, including contract negotiations;
- You have experience in developing and administering resource plans, budgets and in understanding financial results;
- You possess strong leadership, negotiation and influencing skills;
- You have excellent English communication skills.

Additional information: The incumbent of this position must be able to travel, domestic or international as required.
