For our Plant in Thunder Bay, for permanent, full time positions in our Production Department.
we are currently looking for
CWB CERTIFIED WELDERS
As a Welder, you will perform arc welding operations (GMAW) on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, low air pressure testing on completed welded assemblies as well as all cutting operations whether gas or electric. You should be able to demonstrate practical skills in all positions by passing tests set out by the Company and outside authorities, e.g. CWB.
Qualifications
Your Experience and Qualifications:
· College diploma will be preferred; High School diploma and/or relevant experience will be considered;
· Experience working in large scale manufacturing and unionized environment will be considered as an asset;
· GMAW Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) ticket will be considered as an asset;
· Strong team work and communication skills;
· Must be willing and available to work on day, evening or night shifts.
