In your role, you will:

- Must coordinate cross functional activities and provide guidance, support, and expertise to the team of PI Focals.
- Communicate in timely manner with other business units of new multi-site/multi program issues.
- Coordinate activities for all involved disciplines (departments) to achieve issue resolution within defined time limitations.
- Chair PI meetings and compile minutes of meetings.
- Diligent in registering, monitoring and following up outstanding/overdue actions per established Action Plan.
- Create Action Plans and other required documents to ensure that all actions are being carried out and closed.
- Ensure that all site containment charts are being populated and closed with all recalled items accounted for and/or dispositioned.
- Evaluate, scrutinize and challenge content of Disclosure letters and Notice of Escapes (recognize missing information) that affect multi-program issues.
- Recognize the severity of the presented issue(s) and act in a timely manner.
- Compile and present executive summaries for critical multi program issues to management.
- Compile core level standard KPIs (key performance indicators).

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- As the successful candidate you must possess a university degree or college diploma in a technical or related discipline, and have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant Supplier Quality Assurance or Engineering discipline.
- You possess a basic technical knowledge of aircraft systems and structures and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- You possess sound knowledge of Quality Investigation and corrective action processes.
- You must have a thorough knowledge of Supplier Requirements (with specific reference to control of non-conforming products/disclosure) and related procedures.
- You have excellent communications skills (bilingual would be an asset)
- You are comprehensive computer skills
- Supplier audit experience would be an asset.
