In your role, you will:

- Supervise and contribute to the development of the MPP Leads and their respective teams, and be responsible for the successful development / certification of the QSeries scheduled Maintenance Program and associated maintenance planning deliverables to achieve industry leading levels of performance, operating economics and aircraft availability
- Manage personnel PMPs/ PDPs to develop skillset for QSeries Maintenance Programs Systems team
- Plan, coordinate and prioritize day-to-day activities of a team of Maintenance Programs analysts to achieve program objectives according to planned schedule
- Manage scheduled ICAs verification/validation teams and provide technical guidance as required
- Coordinate with Engineering, the Certification Maintenance Requirements harmonization
- Prepare and plan Industry Steering Committee (ISC) meetings
- Ensure effective management of all aspects of Maintenance Programs by working closely with internal and external customers including operators, regulatory authorities and suppliers
- Drive for results, ensuring appropriate governance and performance measurement tools are in place to manage work load and provide visibility to achieve a timely and successful entry into service of the QSeries
- Continue to evolve AES methodology within the Maintenance Programs team and to implement and improve business processes integrated with Aircraft Economics, Maintenance Data Analysis, Planning and Request Management teams.
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and meet strategic goals.


As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a University degree in in Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- You have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the aerospace industry (operator experience is considered an asset)
- You have proven working knowledge of scheduled aircraft maintenance program development including MSG-3 and/or logistical support analysis methodologies and reliability / statistics
- You have good working knowledge of Bombardier Aerospace systems and structures, technical manuals and configuration control concepts
- You demonstrate sound operational management capabilities (ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines)
- You have excellent negotiation skills and ability to facilitate discussions and reach agreements between conflicting parties
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills and solid business acumen,
- You are a resourceful problem solver, comfortable with providing solutions and you work well in a team-based environment.
- You are a self-starter who takes initiative, highly motivated with a sense of responsibility
- Project Management and effective presentation skills are essentials
