Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all Sales activities in the region pertaining to Business development, Tender negotiations, Conversion of Offers to Orders to meet Order Intake targets for the year. Overall responsibilities for entire sales activities.

- To Monitor Receivables and Cash flows for all customer accounts / contracts.

- Responsible to formulate and implement strategies for effective sales and achieve a win- win situation for both the company and customers.

- Responsible for Growing Key Customer Accounts in Indian Railways.

- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Measurement / Assessment - Periodically.

- To Develop Budgetary Technical and Commercial Proposals for new business opportunities.


Qualification & Skills Required:

B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 12 years of relevant experience

Technical skills/knowledge (if required):

Good Understanding of IR Environment and related Business practices

With good techno commercial knowledge w.r.t Indian Railways

Product knowledge (Indian Railways) and commercial terms and conditions for bids and tenders in IR
