You will be part of the Product Development Engineering, Aerospace team where it all starts for Bombardier as it sets the stage to take full advantage of its investments and the tremendous growth potential of its new products. The organization is responsible for bringing new aircraft programs to their successful entry-into-service. Currently, these new products are the all-new CSeries commercial aircraft and the high-performance Global 7000/Global 8000 business jets.

In your role, you will:

- Generate Flight Test Requirements/Plans for Fly-By-Wire flight controls system (elevator, rudder, aileron, H-Stab trim, Spoiler);
- Perform data reduction and write ground and flight test reports;
- Ensure FBW system functionality and airworthiness;
- Troubleshoot system and its interfacing systems;
- Conduct testing on aircraft, simulator and rigs;
- Support flights from Engineering telemetry room



As our ideal candidate,

- You must have a Bachelor degree or a minimum of 3 years related experience if no degree.
- You must have previous experience with purchasing documents and associated terms and conditions, interpretation of contracts, operations management, business and finance.
- You must have experience in flight controls systems (mechanical, command-by-wire or Fly-by Wire)
- You must have working knowledge of avionics systems;
- You must have basic understanding of flight sciences and stability and control
- You must have 3-10 year experience
