For our Locomotive Business Unit we are currently looking for Zürich/Switzerland and Mannheim/Deutschland to recruit a

Technical Project Manager (m/f)

Tasks:

• Technical Project Manager for complex Locomotive projects with full responsibility for Engineering scope
• Technical contact partner towards customer
• Project-budget responsibility, scheduling of all relevant working-packages and earned value analysis
• Risk and opportunity management
• Project and requirement management incl. scope management, documentation management
• Direct report to department head Project Engineering
• Lead of Engineering Project Team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

You have a master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and at least five years professional experience in a technical leadership position, ideally gained in the railway industry. Fundamental experience in project management is indispensable for this position. In particular planning, controlling and scheduling experience are required.

Your work is characterized by high accuracy and quality even under heavy daily workload. A high level of commitment and determination as well as excellent communication and team skills are a must.

Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite for working in our international environment; additional languages are an advantage.
