Based in Querétaro, Qro, you will be responsible for the delivery of day to day Compensation solutions.

You will be responsible for meeting standard and complex business and supplier requirements, within the guidelines of the Compensation and Benefits policy. The following types of requests will be processed: grading and organisational changes requests; new hire requests, lateral moves, promotions & demotion; redundancies; benefits support; Compensation general queries (governance, practices, directives and policies guidance); country specific support.

You will also be responsible for the quality of service delivered, by managing and prioritizing their workload to ensure that SLAs are achieved, as well as by building relationships and ensuring customer confidence is maintained and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

The Compensation Advisor will work directly with the E2E Supervisor, CoE partners, HR Business Partners and Operations colleagues (C&B Annual Processes Team, HR Team, Global Mobility, Recruitment, and Payroll) to ensure smooth delivery to the business.

The role holder has sound understanding of the Compensation processes and is able to translate it into businesses language. Moreover, the Compensation (Delivery) Advisor is also expected to continuously search and implement improvement initiatives that will make the day to day process lean and standardized.

In your role you will:

Deliver standard and complex solutions for compensation business requests;

Actively support organizational change processes/re-organizations;

Provide technical expertise for position evaluations based on specific methodologies and organizational insight;

Prepare all necessary documentation based on Bombardier policies and procedures and support Compensation solutions through the approval process;

Ensure day-to-day operations and relationships with stakeholders (business, HRBPs, other HR Operations functions);

Support other HR Operations functions (GM, Payroll, HR Team and Recruitment) on all Compensation aspects through trainings, FAQs etc.

Ensure effective communication and customer focused behaviour to enhance customer satisfaction requirements;

Pro-actively use of the Case Management Tools to deliver Customer requests;

Take part in customer satisfaction reviews and projects;

Monitor additional aspects of Compensation in order to identify opportunities for improvement and participate in projects to develop processes, systems and standards to continuously improve service delivery;

Provide technical expertise on the implementation/integration of C&B Governance principles.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate:

You hold a University Degree required, HR qualification is considered as an asset;

You possess at least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, in a similar role;

You are familiar with the Manufacturing and the Transportation industry;

You have minimum 1 year of work experience in an international customer service environment;

You are proficient in English and Spanish languages, written and spoken mandatory and at least one other relevant language.
