We are currently looking to recruit an Analyst Group Strategy (m/f) for our site in Berlin, Germany.


As a member of the Group Strategy team, perform strategic analyses, contribute to BT’s strategic planning and monitor strategy implementation. As an Analyst, independently manage project in the spectrum of activities in Group Strategy. In addition, act as the lead for M&A analyses in the team.

Your Tasks

Creating and communicating Strategy

Perform relevant analyses to support/ incite strategic thinking

Contribute to the creation of the BT Strategic Plan and annual strategic planning exercise with the Divisions

Develop material for strategy communication and participate in strategy presentations to various audiences

Implementing and following strategy

Support follow-up of strategic commitments through periodic reviews.

Lead or support major strategic projects

Compiling and sharing industry intelligence

Lead BT’s competitor analysis and incorporate main findings into the strategic planning process

Support market modelling and forecasting across BT incl. market position analysis

Supporting the Office of the President

Prepare speeches and presentations for the BT President

Support BT contributions to the Board of Directors meetings, provide inputs to Bombardier Inc’s disclosure

Supporting M&A activities

Maintain close contact with the Bombardier M&A team

Support target identification, independently conduct strategic analysis for potential M&A transactions incl. financial evaluation.


Your Qualifications


University degree, Master’s level preferred

Relevant experience required

Minimum of 3 years overall relevant work experience (strategy functions and/or related industry and/or consultancy)

Language skills

English fluent

German fluent
