About the role: Open to various European locations

He / she supports the Global Engineering function (~800m€ ) in developing, implementing and enforcing standard Finance processes, KPIs and best practices worldwide. He / she serves as a Finance Business Partner to Head of Engineering by providing guidance to achieve the financial objectives of the function and BT.

Business Partnering to BT Global Engineering and PRS team ▪ Functional Cost Controlling for Engineering and PRS organization (e.g. reporting and analyzing of Actual, Budget and Forecast figures/variations, leading Budget & Forecast process while providing guidance and support) ▪

Supporting Engineering Transformation to achieve financial objectives (e.g. development and reporting of transformation KPIs related to overall BT expenses and headcount) ▪ Participation in regular meetings of Head of Engineering like Functional council, MBR, Budget/Forecast reviews ▪ Supporting Business Case calculations (Sourcing of workpackages, engineering footprint) ▪ Ad-hoc Reporting / Support of other functions (e.g. TCMS support during handover phase / PM support with “standardized” KPI reporting template / support of IP department in terms of IP fees charge-back mechanism)

Process Standardization ▪ Align with ROQ and RCS Engineering controlling on processes and tools ▪ Exchange with Controllers in Region to identify best practices in function controlling ▪ Drive implementation / roll out of common tools ▪ Close collaboration with GMO on cost and HC management


Education required:

Degree in Finance or Business Administration

Number of years of experience required:

5+ years of Controlling

Technical skills/knowledge (if required):

Solid knowledge of accounting method and reporting processes

Sound analytical skills and the ability to consolidate conclusions and recommendations

Modelling skills for business cases

Good communicator with people from a variety of organizations, cultures and for whom English is not the first language

Good command of English on business level
