We are currently looking to recruit a Project Administrator based in Brighton and Hove, United Kingdom.

In this role, your main focus is to ensure that data records for repairables are maintained & administer the QHSE systems within the project helping to manage & drive its development. Conduct invoice reconciliation, organize site facilities, raise NPR orders, along with other tasks commensurate with the role.

Requirements

 General and Administrative:

• Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed.

 Operations:

• Ensure that all data pertaining to repairable activity is accurately & efficiently entered into the repairable database, manage those entries through to final closure.

• Raise NPR orders within the e-Buyer system & manage through to issue to the supplier, resolving any authorization issues in the process. Matching of invoices received with POs raised to ensure integrity.

• Conduct Internal QA audits in line with the relevant audit plan, ensuring the findings are logged & actions arising are communicated & progressed. Manage the QMS for the project, becoming involved is facilitating annual audits & updating the QMS content where necessary.

• Assist with the maintenance of HSE records, along with dissemination of HSE related communication from Group, during the weekly project review.

• General Admin - Process supplier invoices pertaining to the project via the group dashboard, resolving queries & ensuring the correct price is being paid. Oversee site facilities, maintenance & contractor attendance / adherence to site H&S procedures etc. Packaging waste record collation. Pool car maintenance & Other ad-hoc duties pertaining to the role.

• Support all necessary actions to manage cost and improve profitability.

 Project Personnel:

• Be a self-starter, able to prioritize and manage own time and activities and to relate well to people at all levels.

• Be a positive, motivating example for other employees

• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.

 Equipment and Supplies:

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the physical location. Ensure workplace left in a suitable condition for other staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment or similar transferrable skills;

• Excellent keyboard skills, including MS Office & SAP;

• High degree of customer focus & awareness;

• Excellent interpersonal skills, diligent & attention to detail;

• Ability to persuade & influence others.
