Purpose of the role :

Oversee the Benelux Customer Portfolio and work closely with the Benelux Sales Manager. He/she will ensure high level Customer Satisfaction to maximize Revenues and Profits with the Customers.

Provide support to the Sales Managers by preparing complex bids. He/she will ensure good execution and governance of long term contracts (MSA, in terms of profitability, Service level, Escalation clauses) as well as manage performance KPIs and customer dashboards.

Main responsibilities:

- Order booking; provision of price/part proposals; Billing tracking

- Management of Long Term Agreements

- Maintaining accurate pricing information

- Support on Complex Bids (national and international)

- Support on Governance Processes, and interaction with other Bombardier Groups

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

- Strong Experience (min 2 years) in Customer Support within Rail Industry or similar Industrial Business to Business environment

- Education : BAC+2 or equivalent

- Very good Relationship Management and communication skills

- A determined approach, with strong organizational and administrative skills

- Customer oriented; Performance and Results oriented

- Team player and ability to work to short timelines

- Language skills: Fluent French, English and Dutch/Flemish – ALL ESSENTIAL

- Windows experience (Word, Excel) and ERP environment knowledge (SAP)
