Our Shared Services Organization in Cebu is seeking dynamic individuals to join us as:

OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE MONITORING & DEVELOPMENT SENIOR ANALYST

PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

In this role, you will support the procurement organisation with all operational questions related to Procurement solutions and ERP systems. Respond to user requests and work closely with the IS organization and external partners on solving technical issues.

Continuously, help to improve the system landscape and implement the NPR procurement strategy. Define requirements with the procurement organization and translate business needs into IT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Document issues and resolve them in cooperation with IS organization
- Provide adequate and timely response to the business
- Create and monitor tickets raised to internal IS organization and external vendors
- Manage access rights and authorization tables, perform quarterly reviews
- Provides report and ad-hoc information to management
- Test new implementations and changes to the procurement system landscape
- Execute technical tests, support user acceptance tests, provide go-live and post go-live support
- Support project management and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders
- Prepare and provide training to key user/ end user

Qualifications

- At least 3+ years’ experience in procurement processes and deployment activities

- Excellent teamwork, communication and organizational skills

- At least some basic understanding of the procurement process and of associated ERP or IT systems/tools (eg: SAP, SAT, Ebuy, etc)

- Proven resilience under pressure, ability to deliver results within a ramp-up environment and a strong drive for results will be a strong asset for the role

- High proficiency in written and spoken English

- You should also have a strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint

- Must be willing to work in Cebu City
