In your role, you will:

• Develop, analyze, maintain, assist and support the key programs/projects managed by the Quality Assurance Department
• Conduct supplier assessment and approval within established parameters
• Monitor / maintains supplier approval database for reassessment
• Support Quality System Database and tech data updates (manual, procedure and flowchart development, maintenance, etc.)
• Provide Inter-departmental assistance in QA related activity, i.e., Audit follow-up, training / coordination follow-up, Supplier Quality follow-up and coordination from a coaching / mentoring aspect
• Perform internal network audits of all US sites
• Manage audit corrective actions for effective root cause and preventive action
• Create and monitor audit related corrective actions (QIRs)
• Manage the development / coordination / training of QA related materials, i.e., Training, Auditing
• Organize and perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs) from a coaching / mentoring aspect as required


As our ideal candidate,

• You have a minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development (Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing/ Maintenance environment is preferred)
• You have data compilation, analysis and program tracking knowledge
• You also possess extensive experience from a coaching / mentoring aspect, extensive knowledge in aerospace supplier quality management
• You have knowledge in conducting aerospace audits & knowledge in Aerospace training requirements (preferred)
• You have extensive knowledge and experience in reporting with SAP, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel from a coaching / mentoring aspect
• You have extensive knowledge and experience in policy / procedure including developing / leading / coaching throughout projects
• You have extensive knowledge in Quality Assurance interpretation, methodology and techniques in coaching / mentoring and development.
• You have knowledge and experience in regulatory Quality Systems (FAA, etc), Knowledge of EASA, TCCA (preferred)
• You can travel to off-sites within the network (Domestic and Foreign)
