Continuous Improvement Engineer

In your role, you will

• Master work plans for your support area in the production units according to the strategy of the department and / or the business unit.

• Measure in order  to prevent or correct problems and/or areas of opportunity that improve the performance of KPIs in their area of influence.

• Analyze, proposal and implementation plan to improve the support processes (Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement) to achieve lean manufacturing in the Business Units where it collaborates.

• Standardize  of methodologies, tools and / or methods of medium complexity, for the activities carried out by the department throughout the different business units.

• Analyze, proposal and implementation plan of tools or methodologies for a specific area that avoid or reduce waste in the production process.

• Optimize design of line balancing, capacity analysis, flow of operations, materials and information for production processes where required.

• Optimize plans that efficient use of resources (labor, machines, time and capital).

• Propose of optimal distributions of spaces and flows of operations, materials and information in the assigned production unit.

• Analyze of compliance with internal and external security standards related to layout, which maximize the use of resources.

As our ideal candidate

You have between 1 and 2 years of experience in the area of Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, manufacturing processes.
You own a degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering or related.
You own  advanced English proficiency.
You have experience in lean manufacturing, KIZEN methodology, SMED.
You counts with Intermediate Excel knowledge, programming and macro design
