In your role, you will

  •  Answer nonconformities in NCMS (Non Conformance Management System).
  • Accept/reject specific parts.
  • Perform independent inspections of Thickness Measurement, Eddy Current, Ultrasound and Penetrating Liquids.
  • You must be responsible for keeping your documents and visual exams up to date.
  • Perform inspection procedures at level 1
  • Choose the method and technique for a specific inspection.
  • Discuss and propose appropriate and efficient inspection methods.
  • Send and receive equipment to calibrate and calibrate tools according to the calibration schedule.
  • Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contract documents that control the method as used by the employer.
  • Pass inspection procedures and PSTS (Part Specific Technique Sheet) in the certified method that must be approved by a Level III PAH (Process Approval Holder).
  • Interact with relevant departments regarding NDT activities and recommend remedial actions where necessary.
  • Be prepared to take on difficult issues and make technical and challenging decisions.
  • Perform, interpret and evaluate test results to accept or reject.
  • Support in the indicators of the lever of the assigned BSC.

As our ideal candidate

  • You hold a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in NDI area
  • You own a professional degree in Aeronautics, Materials, Metallurgy, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineer Administrator.
  • You must have an intermediate English level (B1-B2)
  • You hold knowledge in Polyworks, Catia and Microsoft Office
  • You preferably own a Certification or internal training in: ISO 9712; SNT-TC-1A; UT Level 1; ET Level 1 • PT Level 1
