Description Project Manager:
The Pole Manager acts as a Project Manager for the respective scope of the Pole. He/she ensures a project-wide – not functional – optimization of timeline, costs and quality, for the M7 project.

Key responsibilities:

1. Functional duties to the Project Core Team:
• Responsible for their own scope (timeline, costs, quality) and define objectives and targets for the pole (based on project objectives)
• Lead the customer interface (design reviews, renegotiation of requirements etc.)

2. Leadership duties within the Project Core Team:
• Responsible for the prioritization, optimization and arbitration between all involved functions within his pole
• Manages all pole related activities and ensures on-time completion of contractual and internal deliverables and controls and optimizes financial budget (EAC cost and margin, cash milestones)
• Identifies and manages all interfaces with the other poles
• Ensures adequate and timely resource planning and challenges line management
• Holds a weekly Pole Core Team meeting and reports progress to the PCT


• Project Management experience
• Proven leadership performance (i.e. PMP, 360° feedback)
• International experience
• Language skills: French – advanced, English – professional, Dutch is a plus
