About the role:

The holder of the role supports the Product Family Core Team in all planning & performance related matters. He/She establishes and updates the Product Roadmap, including leading the harmonisation and integration of related projects roadmap/plans and sub-schedules from all parties in the project and continuously monitors risks and opportunities as well as proactively develops scenarios, mitigation or back-up plans required.
He/She leads the identification of deliverables and the monitoring of related Workpackages, establishes / consolidates the resource planning and capacity assessment of the product family Team / organisation.

Key responsibilities:

1. Functional duties within the Project Organisation:
• Establishing and updating the Product Roadmap
• Monitoring and reporting on schedule progress and deviations
• Assessing and validating the projects related DPS & sub-schedules
• Monitoring of critical path(s) to identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation or recovery plans
• Responsible of Product Family Capacity Planning, the Product Family WBS and reporting, dashboard updates and related data collection from the product Family Core Team

2. Leadership duties within the Project Organisation:
• Leading meetings related to Product Roadmap topics, capacity planning, Product Family WBS and validation of the WBS and dashboard reviews
• Ensuring that the Risk & Opportunity Manager is regularly updated with possible threats or opportunity derived from present or future deviations to the Product Roadmap
• Ensuring that schedule implications of changes are made visible and clear

Qualifications

- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other engineering oriented formation

- Typically minimum 8 years of experience in relevant role

- Knowledge of relevant software (Primavera, MS Project)

- Excellent knowledge of or certification in Project Management practices

- Excellent knowledge and experience on complex projects planning & proven track record, and in performance management

- Good knowledge of project and cost control

- Has international experience

- Language skills: French – advanced, English – professional.
