The Project Risk, Opportunity and Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the Project Core Team in all aspects of the Risk Management Process.

Specifically:

1. Establishing the Rsik Management Context

2. Risk Assessment – Identification, Analysis and Evaluation

3. Risk Treatment

4. Communication and Consultation

5. Monitoring and Review

Your responsibilities will include:

• Development and delivery of the Risk Management Plan in accrodance with the Project Risk Management Policy

• Management of a cross-functional team to mitigate unacceptable risks and enhance opportunities to ensure the project meets its results in relations to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost

• Use of risk management tools and techniques (eg FMEA, Hazop, Lessons Learned) to identify, analyse and evaluate which project risks require proactive mitigation to reduce the potential impact and liklihood of their occurence.

• Maintain a robust and detailed record of the risks and the actions to mitigate them. Ensure the accuracy of the risk recoring tool to enable clear and succinct reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitoring and Review of the process to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Typically 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role

• The candidate must have good communication skills, be customer focused and have a drive to deliver results.

• Entry level with some experience in projects
