Join us as a Requirements Management Engineer and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Derby (UK), Crespin (France), Hennigsdorf (Germany) and St Bruno (Canada).

As a key player during the concept stage, you will be entrusted with a fundamental part of the design process. Coordinating and managing the engineering requirements of the project such as capacity and the speed of the train, your work will directly impact on what exactly the product should do. This incredibly detailed challenge extends throughout the lifecycle of the train – if the customer changes a requirement you will validate it. And if you find gaps in the functionality of the design, you’ll fix them. In fact, it will be your sharp eye for detail that will ensure we maintain our industry-leading reputation for the most exceptional trains.

We’ll look to you to ensure that a complete, correct and consistent set of technical requirements are captured at train and system level.
