In your role, you will

  • Gather and analyze user requirements for the various IT tools;
  • Track incurred and future expenses and update the project budget;
  • Update IT project schedules and inform the parties involved;
  • Participate in workshops related to project development;
  • Issue clear ordering instructions to enable external suppliers to respond effectively to requirements;
  • Provide technical support to users;
  • Implement IT tools at the company's manufacturing sites;
  • Organize and deliver technical training courses;
  • Update implementation plans on a daily basis;
  • Ensure the operational quality of IT tools by carrying out functionality tests;

As our ideal candidate

  • You have a college diploma in IT science or relevant experience;
  • You have 5 years' experience in IT project management;
  • You are expert with the Microsoft Office suite (MS Project, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experience with SAP ERP (an asset);
  • Programming skills (an asset);
  • You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English;
  • You are familiar with the aeronautical manufacturing sector;
  • You have analytical and organizational skills;
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
