What are your contributions to the team?


  • Coordinate with sales to maintain up to date sales pipeline and create governance to ensure alignment with Capture & Proposal Management team, and key support function stakeholders.
  • Establish, develop, and define the governance standards including implementation of tools and best practices.
  • Maintain governance calendar, solicit inputs and prepare governance presentation material for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate roll-up of all Capture & Proposal team deliverables – and chair governance to track completion dates. Provide visibility to all relevant support functions.
  • Define the balance scorecard and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to Capture & Proposal Management.
  • Lead and coordinate initiatives for Capture & Proposal Management process optimization and documentation.
  • Responsible for monthly Master plan and dashboard reviews.
  • Support the proposal management team with agenda coordination and logistics for customer visits or demos as required.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:


  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field;
  • You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience governance, sales support or program management;
  • You are a team player with initiative and excellent communication skills;
  • You have demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes;
  • You drive for results and take initiative to achieve personal and team objectives;
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills;
  • You are able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively while working toward aggressive deadlines;
  • You have a strong working knowledge of Bombardier's policies and processes;
  • You are eligible to view and handle CGR material as well as be able to obtain a NATO Secret security clearance (as required).
